Ian’s experience in the banking industry is comprehensive, commencing in the bank straight from school. His last 10-years with the bank specialising in the Business and Commercial lending sector.
Married with two children Ian spends his down time chasing many sporting interests, coaching local junior teams and is also the President of local well known charity, The Kyle Andrews Foundation.

Aly's background is customer service and she fills the role of Brokers Assistant and Receptionist.

As a recent addition to North West Finance – Perth Office, with a Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking and as an accredited member of the Mortgage Finance Association of Australia, she offers a fresh insight into the world of finance and mortgage broking.

Previously Mel spent 11 years as a Branch Manager for one of Australia’s largest lenders and gained extensive experience in the financial services industry. Mel has a passion for ensuring clients have the right products in order for them to achieve their financial goals. Having been a local resident of Karratha for 5 years now, Mel also has a sound understanding of the local market and the product suite to match.

Noticing the lack of financial services in the East Kimberley, Bradley took the challenge to become a Finance Broker in 2013. Having since completed a Certificate IV in Finance Broking, gaining full membership to the MFAA and completing Accreditation with over 30 banks Bradley is now fully qualified to offer Finance to the residents of the East Kimberley.
